• 5:00pm - Officers meeting to review the battle tactics for the Skirmish in the Woods Location: Jack’s Nasty Face Entertainment Area

• 6:15pm - American & British Troops & Allies prepare for battle

• 6:30pm - Form up & Musket Safety Inspection - Safety Officer

• 6:30pm – Artillery Pieces and Crews set-up on battlefield

• 6:45pm - American & British Troops & Allies march to battlefield

• 7:00pm - 7:30pm - Skirmish in the Woods Battle Scenario Begins - Location - Beach Area 2

• 7:30pm - 9:00pm - Battle Aftermath Grand Encampment

• 7:30pm – Boats & Naval Personal form up for River Battle

• 7:45pm - 8:15pm – Gunboats on the River Battle Scenario - Location: Nottawasaga River between Nancy Island and the Main Street Bridge

Saturday, August 18th

• 8:15am - Officers Meeting - Review Battle Tactics for River and Land Battles. Location: Jack’s Nasty Face Entertainment Area

• 9:00am - 10:00pm - Registration & set-up of period encampment

• 10:00am - 9:00pm - Nancy Island Historic Site open to the public

• 10:30pm - Invitation to Tea - Hospitality Tent - Hosted by I.M.U.C.

• 1:15pm - American & British Troops & Allies prepare for battle

• 1:30pm - Form up & Musket Safety Inspection - Safety Officer

• 1:30pm - Artillery Pieces and Crews set-up on battlefield

• 1:45pm - American & British Troops & Allies march to battlefield

• 2:00pm - 2:30pm - The Americans have Landed Battle begins. Location: Beach Area 2

• 2:30pm – Boats & Naval Personal form up for River Battle

• 2:45pm - 3:15pm – Gunboats on the River Battle Scenario - Location: Nottawasaga River between Nancy Island and the Main Street Bridge

• 4:15pm - 6:00pm - Saturday Evening Feast - (Meal Tickets Needed)

• 9:00am - Re-enactors Appreciation Draw. Must be present to claim prize

• 10:00am - 6:00pm - Nancy Island Historic Site open to the public

• 10:30am - Alex Montgomery Memorial Redcoat Iron man & Iron women Competition

• 11:30am - Officers meeting to review the battle tactics for Avenging H.M.S. Nancy Battle. Location: Jack’s Nasty Face Entertainment Area

• 12:45pm – Boats & Naval Personal form up for River Battle

• 1:00 – 1:30pm - Gunboats on the River Battle Scenario - Location: Nottawasaga River between Nancy Island and the Main Street Bridge

• 1:15pm - American & British Troops & Allies prepare for battle

• 1:30pm - Form up & Musket Safety Inspection - Safety Officer

• 1:30pm - Artillery Pieces and Crews set-up on battlefield

• 1:45pm - American & British Troops & Allies march to battlefield

• 2:00pm - 2:30pm - Avenging H.M.S. Nancy Battle begins. Location: Beach Area 2

• 4:30pm - Clean up and wrap-up begins. Vehicles are allowed on the historic site at this time. No exceptions will be made!!!

• Re-enactors wishing to stay over until Monday are welcomed; however have to be off the site by 10:00am.

• Regular parking lot shuttles to and from Wasaga Nordic Trails Centre will begin at 4:00pm.
